We do not see any of our customers’ payment information. All payment data is securely processed through Shopify Payments. Please refer to our FAQ for more information.

 

Order Processing Times

Our current order processing times are 1-5 business days.

The shipping option you select at checkout can speed up the delivery of your order once it is shipped, but it does not speed up order processing times.

Please keep in mind that our perfumes are a handmade artisanal product created, packaged, and shipped by a small family operation. We strive for the fastest turnaround times possible, but our operations are not automated.

 

Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping:

A House on the Moon ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS). For your convenience, we offer both ‘Ground Advantage’ and ‘Priority Mail’ shipping options. Our current flat-rate shipping prices are:

USPS Ground Advantage - $5.00 USD

USPS Priority Mail - $11.00 USD

If you order more than $50.00 in a single order, we offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping for free, though you may still purchase USPS Priority Mail shipping if you prefer.

International Shipping:

We ship our perfumes internationally using UPS and offer flat rates as listed below. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

Canada - $17.00 USD

Mexico - $30.00 USD

We are currently unable to ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), so you must pay any duties, taxes, and/or fees that may apply to your shipment. We are not responsible for any packages opened, seized, or returned by customs.

 

Shipping Limitations

We do not currently ship perfumes outside of the United States and US Territories, Mexico, and Canada. This includes US Armed Forces locations. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for theft, damage, lost packages, or late delivery. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact support@ahouseonthemoon.com.
